- The Paradies Shops operates over 500 stores in over 60 airports and hotels across the United States and Canada, serving more than a half-billion customers each year. These stores include original, one-of-a-kind brands unique to individual airports, as well as national brands such as Brooks Brothers, Brighton, CNBC, Harley Davidson, The New York Times and PGA. . Our Philadelphia Airport Location is currently looking for an experienced Team Lead. 2-4 years experience in a retail environment required. Team Leaders at The Paradies Shops are responsible for supporting and assisting location management in achieving customer service and sales goals by creating a positive and productive work environment. A standard day includes overseeing the daily activities of Sales Associates and resolving difficult situations. Team Leaders are tasked with the responsibility of conducting sales audits, ensuring that stores meet visual and merchandising standards and communicating sales, operational and staffing needs to their managers. When not performing sales audits or maintaining shop standards, Team Leaders maintain proficiency in processing sales transactions by relieving Sales Associates for breaks and lunches. Many of our Team Leaders are considered the “right arm” of their manager and are depended upon to supervise and train Sales Associates to maximize our First Class Service standards and to meet daily sales objectives. Candidate must be highly organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows a plus. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
