JOB DESCRIPTION
I. TITLE: Operations Manager
II. DEPARTMENT: Operations
III. REPORTS TO: Manager of Retail Operations
IV. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversees the daily activities of the housekeeping operations within the airport’s retail and food concessions program. Determines workflow and scheduling of the team. Implements operational policies and procedures. Ambassador to merchant operations for compliance with all airport rules and regulations and tenant sublease requirements. Also, manage the Retail Concessions Delivery and Distribution program. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
V. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Responsible for managing the housekeeping department
· Responsible for managing all contract services
· Responsible for the creating and developing a positive relationships with merchants management and all airport entities
· Ensure that Marketplace Philadelphia operating standards are met
· Responding to maintenance issues and notifying appropriate Management staff if further assistance is required
· Manage Special Services staff to ensure proper execution of the delivery and distribution plan for the Concession Program
· Responsible for departmental budget
· Responsible for maintaining supplies and inventory
· Training and development of Operations staff
· Develop and implement property maintenance program
· Performing special projects and functions assigned

VII. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· College degree with at least two years of management experience. Must posses a valid driver’s license with a minimum of five years driving experience and reliable transportation.
