Culture Cart Sales Associate
Openings: 6
Salary: $9.00 per hr
Hours/wk: Part-Time and Full Time (must be able to work weekends and holidays)
Cart hours are 7AM-10PM, Daily
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acknowledge and greet customers as they approach the cart.
- Maintains highest level of customer service by demonstrating products to customers, explaining benefits, features and other information, answering customer's questions concerning price and use of merchandise.
- Follows through on customer's requests for specific items and notifies customer of new products that fit the customer profile.
- Ensures effective cart presentation by stocking and cleaning shelves, counters, or other merchandise displays.
- Arranges merchandise on cart to promote sales according to the plan-o-gram.
- Inform management of any out of stock situations.
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees and store management.
- Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and special cart loss prevention procedures.
- Assist other cart employees in maintaining security at the cart.
- Maintains up-to-date product and company knowledge by reading company newsletters and memos.
- Follows store opening and closing procedures, to include cash reconciliation procedures. Researches and monitors airport activities and communicates trends to management.
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility.
- Perform related work as assigned.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Cart Operations Manuals and Training Manuals.
