Key Responsibilities:

• Dunkin Donuts Philadelphia Airport seeking energetic assistant manager with exceptional team leadership skills to assist in managing two Dunkin Donut stores. Managers are required to work flexible hours which may include early morning hours ( as early as 4:00 AM), weekends, nights and holidays. Candidates that are offered the position are required to pass a 10 year background investigation and complete a fingerprinting and security badging process in accordance with TSA guidelines. We offer an excellent compensation package with benefits.

Skills & Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate will have prior QSR experience with a min. of 1 yr management or supervisory exp. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service a must. Strong decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills needed. Experience in POS systems and a good working knowledge of EXCEL and WORD are required.
