PHILADELPHIA — Jan. 10, 2019 — MarketPlace PHL at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) recently named Sky Asian, located in Concourse C, and MAC Cosmetics, located in the B/C Connector, as the restaurant and retailer of the 2018-2019 first quarter.

The Merchants of the Quarter are determined through the Cutting EDGE! (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) Program, which is in place to motivate and reward merchants throughout the year. Merchants earn EDGE points by delivering superb customer service and by participating in airport marketing programs. The merchants with the most points at the end of each quarter are named Merchants of the Quarter.

Sky Asian, located in Concourse C near Gate C18, is PHL’s in-terminal sushi and dim sum house. Featuring specialty rolls, sashimi and other curious offerings, all meals are served fresh. Select items from the menu include Truffle Edamame Potato Dumplings, which are pan-fried and served with micro cilantro, and the Miso Grilled Salmon Bento Box. With the central design focus on the kitchen, travelers have a front-row seat to their food being prepared by skilled sushi chefs.
