MARKETPLACE PHL FASHION SHOW AT PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
MARKETPLACE PHL FEATURES MERCHANT LOOKS AT AIRPORT FASHION SHOW
Models Rock Philadelphia Marketplace Fashion at PHL
PHILADELPHIA — Nov. 23, 2016 — Just in time for one of the busiest travel weeks of the season, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and MarketPlace PHL featured the high-flying fashion available from merchants right at the airport during a runway fashion show on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Models took to the catwalk to show off the latest clothing, accessories and luggage from Philadelphia Marketplace retailers including GAP, Brooks Brothers, Afaze, Roster, Swarovski, TUMI and more. All the looks featured in the show are available at stores located within PHL, so travelers looking for something new or a holiday gift can get their shopping done before their next flight.
The event took place in the B/C Connector of PHL and was hosted by Clarence LeJeune, managing partner of MarketPlace PHL, and Rebekah “Bex” Maroun from 96.5 Amp Radio in Philadelphia, who described for the crowd the fun and unique looks available for men and women.
“The fashion show served as a great opportunity for travelers through PHL this holiday season to stop and see something new,” said Mel Hannah, vice president and general manager of MarketPlace PHL. “Thank you to everyone who joined us as we celebrated the styles available from our many great retail stores.”
