The Neat Company Named Philadelphia Marketplace Merchant of the Third Quarter

The Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) announced The Neat Company has clinched Merchant of the Quarter for the second consecutive time this year, claiming the title of Merchant of the Quarter for Q3 2009-2010.

The Philadelphia Marketplace’s EDGE! Program (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) was designed to motivate and reward merchants. Each merchant can earn EDGE! points for exceeding expectations through great customer service and participation in marketing programs. At the end of each quarter, the merchant with the most points is named “Merchant of the Quarter.”

Located in Concourses B and C, The Neat Company sells innovative software with customized scanners that help businesses and consumers organize, store and secure paper receipts, business cards and important documents. The Philadelphia-based company started out in PHL’s specialty retail program in 2002 and has since grown to a national operation.

“Having won Merchant of the Quarter twice in a row, it’s clear that The Neat Company is on top when it comes to exceeding customers’ expectations,” said Anna DiGregorio, Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops. “They are very active in our merchant programs and excel in secret shops, proving they are in it to win it.”

Founded in 2002 as a scanning solution for streamlining the expense reporting system, The Neat Company, formerly known as NeatReceipts, now offers a full range of products and a complete system for managing all the paper clutter in your life.
